Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances.
- Ensure proper storage of aluminum profiles, glass, accessories, hardware, sealants, and consumables.
- Issue materials to site as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain minimum stock levels and inform management about re-order requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure proper labeling and FIFO (First In, First Out) method is followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store.
- Report any damaged, missing, or non-conforming materials immediately.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams regarding material availability and requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a store keeper in aluminum or construction industry.
- Good knowledge of aluminum materials, accessories, tools, and consumables.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software).
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
- Knowledge of basic safety and material handling procedures.
