Job Description
- Hair Cutting & Styling: Perform a variety of haircuts, styles, and treatments, including blow-drying, curling, straightening, and braiding, tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Hair Coloring: Offer color services, including highlights, balayage, ombre, and full color treatments. Advise clients on hair color options based on their skin tone, hair type, and preferences.
- Consultation: Conduct client consultations to determine their needs, providing personalized advice on hair care, styling, and products.
- Hair Treatments: Apply hair treatments such as keratin, deep conditioning, and scalp treatments to improve hair health and appearance.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, approachable, and maintaining a professional attitude at all times. Ensure clients are satisfied with their hair services and recommend products or additional services.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside other beauty professionals such as estheticians and makeup artists to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products. Recommend high-quality hair products to clients for home care.
- Sales & Upselling: Promote retail hair products and additional services to clients to enhance their salon experience.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Expertise in various hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques. Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques.
