Job Description
- Reports to the Operations Manager on all contractual concerns and achievements.
- Ensures smooth running of operations according to the guidelines of the Contract and ensures that all contractual Obligations are met.
- Provides guidelines to Mid - management, Maintains total control on rules and regulations and monitors administration procedures.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Full knowledge & Experience on Catering & Hospitality Services
- Candidates must have a Level 03 Food safety Training
- Preferred National Seaman's Book holder (with previous work stamps)
- Must be Cook/Baker background experience
- Preferably with offshore experience as Camp Boss
