Job Description
- Deliver patient-centered direct care—respecting privacy, dignity, cultural preferences—handling medications, IV lines, vital signs, and clear communication with the team
- Conduct comprehensive assessments (including age-appropriate needs, education, and discharge planning), document everything, and refer patients when needed.
- Co-create care plans with patients and families, set measurable and culturally sensitive goals, monitor progress, and adjust the plan or seek extra resources as the patient’s needs change
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care that aligns with hospital standards, monitor outcomes, spot trends in patient condition, and escalate concerns proactively
- Maintain a safe, well-equipped environment; follow policies and quality standards relevant to your specialty; safeguard patient confidentiality and rights; and handle additional area-specific tasks as required.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- With or Without SCFHS Dataflow and Prometric
- Experience in CRITICAL AND/OR GENERAL AREAS are accepted as a Registered Nurse
