Job Description
- Establishes priorities of care based on clients ne ed and intervene in basic support measures.
- Confidential record keeping. Implements systematic improvement program for the development of all staff.

- Devote his/her full business time and attention exclusively to the business and affairs of the Company within the sphere of the Employee’s obligation
- Ensure attendant to his/her duties punctually and efficiently
- Ensure that he/she faithfully and diligently carries out all lawful and reasonable directions from Employer.
- To provide solutions to the client’s changing business needs. The scope of engagement is highly variable and can include core strategy, development and new t echnology introduction. The analysis pertaining to each engagement is variable.
- Place an emphasis on producing white papers and internally produced research on relevant changes occurring in the business sphere and general economy and to keep abreast of all changes in the industry and how it may affect in existing and potential.
- Facilitate discussions with the client to elaborate on the areas of proposed improveme nts.
- Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution. And p erform q uantitative and qualitative analysis to derive the proposed solution.
- Support the business development activities of the firm such as pursuit development and production of though papers.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- Management Consultants should have keen time management skills in order to meet tight deadlines and complete projects on time.
- Management Consultants have to work with management and other employees in a business to research information particular to the business where their services are needed. They have to communicate well with others to work as a team.
- Management Consultants should be efficient in communicating verbally and in writing. Successful management consultants also have very good listening skills to understand the root of the problem and propose a solution.
- Management Consultants have to know how to arrive at a solution to a problem. Each situation is likely to be unique in its own way which requires
