Job Description
- Oversee housekeeping hygiene by developing policies, training staff, conducting inspections, ensuring safe chemical use, and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety by monitoring compliance, inspecting equipment, overseeing food handling, conducting audits, and managing pest control.
- Maintain high hygiene standards in Food & Beverage by training staff, inspecting prep areas, enforcing cleanliness, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Manage stewarding operations by supervising sanitation, overseeing waste disposal, ensuring safe chemical handling, training staff, and maintaining supply inventory.
- Oversee overall hygiene operations by coordinating cleaning programs, maintaining documentation, ensuring policy compliance, and promoting staff communication.
- Ensure compliance by staying updated on hygiene regulations, maintaining detailed records, and submitting regular reports to management.
- Manage staff development by creating hygiene training programs, conducting workshops, and regularly evaluating training effectiveness.
- Oversee chemical safety by ensuring proper handling, storage, and labeling, training staff on emergency procedures, and maintaining accurate inventory and records.
- Maintain staff hygiene by setting grooming standards, monitoring compliance, and providing regular feedback.
- Oversee store management by maintaining hygiene supply inventory, ensuring organized storage, and coordinating with procurement for quality products.
- Ensure water safety by regularly testing quality, maintaining filtration systems, and documenting/reporting results.
- Manage hygiene emergencies by leading incident response, creating contingency plans, and coordinating with health authorities.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Environmental/Health/Safety); Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Science & Technology or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality or related areas.
- Training: Certification in food safety and hygiene management.
- Eligibility: Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation regulations.
- Language: Proficiency in English required.
