Job Description
- 1.Monitor AOI performance and drive for continuous improvement
- 2.Support engineer for any TBE issue including any major down related to AOI machine, strapping machine, oven and packing machine.
- 3.Support NPI and Engineering builds (Recipe setup, material buyoff, tape and reel material qualification.
- 4.Support production line in achieving Quality, Delivery, Cycle Time, Process Improvement, Equipment Stability and improve the first pass yield for AOI machine.
- 5.Any other tasks or projects assigned by superiors.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- Semiconductors experience is an edge
- Mush have a production line sustain experience in AOI machine troubleshoot, AOI and TBE related issues.
