Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth, or texture surfaces according to project specifications.
Review work orders and instructions to determine blasting requirements.
Mask and protect areas that do not require blasting to avoid surface damage.
Maintain precision while sandblasting to create intricate patterns or desired surface finishes.
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Clean and maintain blasting equipment regularly to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Handle abrasive materials and ensure proper disposal following company guidelines.
Follow strict safety protocols, including wearing and maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE).
Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.

Previous experience in sandblasting or surface finishing is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of sandblasting tools, techniques, and safety procedures.
Ability to read and interpret design instructions and work orders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precision in work.
Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear necessary protective equipment.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
Standing, bending, and working for extended periods in protective gear.
Exposure to noise, dust, and abrasive materials during operations.
