Set up, calibrate, and operate digital printing machines for various print projects.
Review print orders and specifications to determine appropriate print settings.
Perform pre-press operations such as image alignment, color adjustment, and substrate preparation.
Monitor printing processes to ensure accurate output and resolve any errors or quality issues.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Manage ink levels, substrates, and other consumables, ensuring adequate stock.
Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or delays.
Perform quality checks on printed materials, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
Collaborate with designers and production staff to achieve customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime.

Proven experience operating digital printing machines (e.g., UV, laser, or inkjet printers).
Understanding of color theory, image resolution, and print production processes.
Proficiency in graphic design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Knowledge of different printing materials, finishes, and techniques.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Capability to lift and move materials or substrates as required.
