Job Description
- Provide expert, hands-on care to patients with complex needs in a specialty area.
- Serve as an expert resource for other nurses, medical staff, and patients' families to improve care and patient outcomes.
- Work in leadership roles to guide and mentor other staff, coordinate treatment teams, and implement new policies and programs.
- Performing health assessments and developing specialized treatment plans.
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in nursing practice and contributing to medical research.
Job Qualifications
