Job Description
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Promote and sell products by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate items.
- Monitor shelves and displays to ensure products are well-stocked, clean, and properly labeled.
- Participate in in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a hypermarket or supermarket environment
- Experience in customer service or product promotion is an added advantage
- Knowledge of retail operations, including stock handling, merchandising, and inventory control
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and carry light-to-moderate loads
