Job Description
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred . Proven experience in Real Estate Operations, property Management or in similar real estate management role.
- Strong knowledge of property management, leasing processes, and relevant laws and regulations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Discreet and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory. Proficiency in property management software and MS Office. Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks effeciently.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- Experience in generating new business and bringing in properties for management . Strong organizational and time-management skills .
