Job Description
- Wash, peel, chop, and cut ingredients for cooking.
- Prepare basic dishes under the direction of the chef.
- Assist with portioning and plating food.
- Follow recipes and instructions from the chef.
- Assist in operating kitchen equipment
- Ensure kitchen areas meet hygiene and safety standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
