Job Description
- Greet guests warmly and present menus.

- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Address complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail can be helpful.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
