Job Description
- Minimum 2 t0 4 years of progressive experience in the culinary field, with at least 2 to 4 years in a senior management or Executive Sous Chef role in a 4 or 5 star hotel or resort.
- Experience managing multi-outlet or themed restaurant operations preferred,
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisines and modern cooking techniques. Excellent menu presentation, innovation and guest satisfaction focus.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a Hospitality Management
