Job Description
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings. Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, for safety and functionality.
- Use testing devices to identify electrical problems and ensure system efficiency. Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and wiring schematics.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components and determine appropriate repair methods. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- Additional certifications in specialized electrical systems (e.g., solar, industrial automation). Experience with PLCs or building management systems. OSHA, VCA certification or equivalent safety training.
