Job Description
- With a proven track record of driving improvements and leading teams in similar or more advanced facilities
- With deep technical expertise and can mentorand uplift our team (not just those with general exposure to the tuna industry)
- With at least five years of hands-on experience in Ultra Low Temperature (ULT) frozen tuna processing for export markets, particularly in tuna steak, loin, and related product lines.
