Job Description
- Set up, calibrate, and operate digital printing machines for various print projects.
- Review print orders and specifications to determine appropriate print settings.
- Perform pre-press operations such as image alignment, color adjustment, and substrate preparation.
- Monitor printing processes to ensure accurate output and resolve any errors or quality issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Manage ink levels, substrates, and other consumables, ensuring adequate stock.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or delays.
- Perform quality checks on printed materials, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
- Collaborate with designers and production staff to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Proven experience operating digital printing machines (e.g., UV, laser, or inkjet printers).
- Understanding of color theory, image resolution, and print production processes.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Knowledge of different printing materials, finishes, and techniques.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability to lift and move materials or substrates as required.
