Job Description
- Lead/Manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and reporting of IT and cyber security audits, ensuring alignment with internal audit methodology and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with and supervise junior audit team members, provide guidance on technical matters, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of audit reports.
- Assess IT governance frameworks, information security controls, and IT general controls (ITGCs) to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., NCA ECC, CSCC, SAMA CSF, SAMA ITGF).
- Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, access and change management, operations, and systems development.
- Draft audit observations and audit reports for circulation to client’s Management.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to develop the annual audit plan and RCM.
- Oversee the preparation of high-quality audit documentation and formal audit reports and ensure timely follow-up on audit recommendations.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Computer Science/Information technology or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- extensive experience in the financial sector and be well-versed in Saudi regulatory requirements such as NCA ECC, CSCC, SAMA CSF, and SAMA ITGF.
