Job Description
- The Die Attach Engineer plays a critical role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the smooth operation of process and adherence to production standards. The role involves hands-on work with advanced machinery in a cleanroom environment and require
- Hand on setup the equipment and process during engineering activities such as engineering evaluations. Evaluation report compilation and initial data analysis.
- Support Yield & Quality KPI improvement. Monitoring on hold lot disposition and provide communication with engineer in order to not impact daily assembly output. Maintain all housekeeping / 5s engineering station and tooling’s, to ensure complianc
- Monitor all processes, resolve all products issues and coordinate with production and equipment to reduce downtime and getting better product quality.
- Minor equipment programming and setup for manufacturing to ensure product specifications are met.
- Attends product quality issue and assist MS support lot disposition. Carry out product quality issues investigation and prelim report findings.
- Able to perform incident root cause troubleshooting, analysis. Other duties assigned by superior.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- Semiconductors experience is an edge
