Job Description
- Prepare, design, and oversee construction projects ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and cost estimations.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at the project site.
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures to maintain project standards.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Prepare quality documentation, reports, and corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients on quality-related issues.
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Revise, update, and maintain project drawings based on engineers’ and architects’ specifications.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with drafting standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to support design and construction needs.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- With relevant experience, good communication skills, and currently residing in Metro Manila.
- Preferably can speak Japanese or nihonggo
