Job Description
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of a wide range international dishes to consistently high standards
- Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all kitchen areas
- Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering ingredients.
- Contribute to the development of new menu items and specials.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Basic culinary training or certification preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when needed
- High attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene
- International experience is an advantage.
