Job Description
- Clean, scale, gut, and fillet various types of fresh fish and seafood
- Cook seafood using deep fryer and grill according to preparation standards
- Marinate, season, and portion seafood for display and sale
- Arrange seafood products neatly and hygienically in the refrigerated display case
- Monitor product quality and freshness throughout the day and Assist in unloading and organizing seafood deliveries
- Label, price, and package items correctly for customer purchase
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidate must have a valid passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Candidate must have experience working with fish or seafood (e.g., cleaning, filleting, cooking, or seafood retail)
- Basic knowledgeof fish handling and preparation techniques
- Good physical condition; able to stand for extended periods and lift seafood crates
- Excellent hygiene andcleanliness habits and Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
