Job Description
- responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to hotel recipes and standards. This role ensures high-quality meals are delivered in a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting the culinary team in daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Help develop new menu items or improve existing recipes
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Preferably with Culinary Arts Certificate, TESDA NC II in Cookery, or any related training
- Food Safety & Sanitation training is a plus
