Job Description
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer guest questions regarding menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a notepad, POS system, or memorization
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for accurate and timely food preparation
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- With experience in hotel restaurants, fine dining, or F&B service
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems / Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
