Job Description
- DEVELOPS THE TOOLS NECESSARY TO MAKE INFORMATION BASED DECISIONS ABOUT SPACE OCCUPANCY AND ALLOCATION. DEVELOPS PRACTICAL SPACE PLANNING OPTIONS FOR THE FUTURE GROWTH OF NEOM.
- MANAGES THE PREPARATION AND SUBMITTAL OF ALL SPACE PLANS. PROVIDES TECHNICAL KNOWLDGE TO SPACE PLANNING AND ALLOCATION STAFF
- DEVELOPS MEASURING STANDARDS, ABILITY TO LEAD AND EDUCATE TEH TEAM IN THE USE OF NEOM STANDARDS.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management; Protective Services & Management or similar fields.
- KNOWS SAP AND MS OFFICE, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND COMMAND IN ENGLISH
