Job Description
- Experience in preparing traditional Japanese hot dishes such as ramen, tempura, sukiyaki, or teppanyaki is highly desirable.
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or high-volume kitchen environment is beneficial.
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen, particularly in Japanese cuisine, is preferred.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Traditional Japanese Dishes: Understanding of traditional Japanese hot dishes such as ramen, sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, tempura, teriyaki, and kare (Japanese curry) is essential.
