Job Description
- Previous experience in a similar customer service or retail role within the hospitality or grocery industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in using POS systems and basic computer skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Flexibility to work during odd hours, weekends, and holidays as required. A strong willingness to learn about new products and develop sales skills.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management; Others or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
