Job Description
- Managing the installation and adjustment of equipment and outfitting items for plant commissioning during the new shipbuilding process
- Creating the electrical outfitting construction schedule (ground outfitting schedule, or from keel-laying to launch, or from launch to delivery).
- Setting delivery dates for electrical equipment and outfitting items, providing delivery instructions, confirming/holding, and managing preservation.
- Managing the progress of electrical construction work and conducting performance verification of electrical equipment based on design specifications and classification society inspection methods. (This includes inspection leadership and operation o
- Leading the comprehensive operation verification test (offshore testing) based on the electrical equipment’s operational test plan (design-issued), including the operation of machinery and testing equipment using specialized knowledge
- Providing operation and handling instructions to the crew for electrical equipment prior to delivery (including the operation of machinery using specialized knowledge).
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- Must have atleast 2 years Experience as a Marine Electrical Engineer and Holder of Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N4 or higher

- ISO maintenance management activities and updating outfitting standards
- Promoting safety and health management activities (conducting guidance and training with specialized knowledge).
