Job Description
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of each child and aligns with educational standards.
- Classroom Management: Establish a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive interactions and promotes respect among children.
- Instruction: Facilitate engaging activities and lessons that promote language, motor skills, social skills, and emotional growth.
- Assessment: Observe and assess each child's progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating findings with parents and staff.
- Communication: Build strong relationships with children and their families, providing support and resources as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to education and support the overall goals of the program.
- Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Psychology.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
