Job Description
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams. File documents in physical and digital records. Create templates for future use Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement. Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
- Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company’s system.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- More than 3 years of Experience in relevant field in HR related activity.
