Job Description
- Support technical teams in the execution of tasks related to equipment, systems, or machinery.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on potential maintenance needs.
- Perform proactive maintenance to ensure equipment functionality.
- Assist in updating software or operational systems and resolving technical issues.
- Minimize downtime by promptly addressing equipment-related challenges.
- Uphold standards of quality, excellent service delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Implement and ensure adherence to policies and procedures to meet organizational objectives.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and follow up on their application.
- Contribute to improving operational processes and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Participate in identifying potential areas of risk and proposing preventive measures.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and timelines.
- Document and communicate operational updates or issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in managing resources to optimize productivity and cost-efficiency.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and adherence to organizational values.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experienced in working to defined hygiene and quality requirements.
- Trained – engineering or by experience in similar environment.
- Medically fit to undertake duties within laundry operations.
- Legally entitled to work in Saudi Arabia for the activities required.
- An ability to work to clearly defined objectives and to cultivate a team ethos.
- The ability to utilize all available resources (staff, plant, equipment, machinery and materials, etc.) effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to work on own initiative and seek ways to improve the quality of service. Flexibility and ‘Can-Do’ approach.
