Job Description
- Develops and implements training programs for housekeeping staff, ensuring they are proficient in cleaning procedures, standards, and safety protocols.
- Mentor new hires, conduct performance evaluations, and improve housekeeping processes. Providing guidance and support to team members to improve their performance and service quality.
- Includes creating training materials, conducting hands-on training sessions, and ensuring compliance with departmental standards.
- Assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives and identifying areas for improvement. Ensuring that rooms and common areas are maintained to high standards and that safety and hygiene protocols are followed.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- With proven experience as Housekeeping Trainer in the following: Cleaner/Housekeeper/Nanny
- Salary will be negotiable base on Experience.
