Job Description
- Conduct thorough inspections of building, architectural, plumbing, and civil works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities or defects, and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution and quality assurance.
- Monitor construction activities to verify proper materials, workmanship, and methods are used, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to review work progress, approve inspection requests, and support project quality objectives.
- Prepare and maintain detailed inspection records and reports, including daily logs, checklists, and test results for internal audits and client review.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality control inspection within the construction industry, covering architectural, plumbing, and civil works.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and materials, including international standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and inspection checklists.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
