Job Description
- Installation, operation, maintenance & troubleshooting of Water-chillers, Packaged type Air Conditioning units, Split type AC Air Conditioning unit, Window type AC Air Conditioning unit, All types of fans & drive motors incorporated with these system
- Overhauling and repairing Semi-Hermetic Reciprocating Compressors incorporated within the above listed systems.Investigation of HVAC problems and identification of the source of the problems occurring.
- Identification and implementation of best repair methods for above listed equipment.Planning and organizing delegated tasks to achieve efficient and effective closure of tasks.
- Reading and interpretation of HVAC plans and schematic diagrams to achieve efficient and effective closure of tasks. Works with limited supervision;
- Care and maintenance of all specialized tools and equipment's allocated either as long-term loan or personal issue.Adhering to ACGC / Client Tool Control Procedures, as and when required.
- Assisting in the execution of the training program among Saudi Trainees, whenever required;
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues; Performance of any other duties as delegated by HVAC Supervisor / Foreman.
- Authorized to execute tasks as delegated by the HVAC Supervisor and/or the Site Superintendent.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Graduate of 2 years Vocational Course in Air Conditioning Technology or similar fields. Preferably with TESDA NC2 in RAC or DOMRAC.
- Minimum of 3-years working experience as HVAC Technician preferably in operation & maintenance of high-rise buildings, malls or Air Base Facilities.Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of Work-Safety practices related to HVAC works; methods, tools, and equipment used in the repair of heating & air conditioning equipment in buildings and structures; the operating principles of heating, air conditioning, & refrigeration
