Job Description
- Specialized with the trendy bakery and croissants
- Culinary professional specializing in the creation of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts.
- Responsible for preparing, decorating, and presenting these items, as well as managing the bakery section, including inventory, staff, and production.
- Recipe Development and Innovation: Creating new recipes, adapting existing ones, and developing seasonal menu items.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Excellent English communication skill and can work in a fast-paced environment.

- Quality Control: Ensuring consistent quality and standards in all baked goods.
