Job Description
- Clean and tidy guest rooms and bathrooms daily according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop floors, and dust furniture.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Restock and organize housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies and linens.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and inspected before end of shift.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
- Comply with hotel security and key control procedures.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum height of 160 to 170 cm
- At least 1 year of experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Must have a professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills
