Job Description
- Knowledge about kitchen hygiene
- Plans, prepares, and cooks meals and specialty foods, often overseeing kitchen operations.
- Responsible for menu creation, ensuring food quality, managing staff, and maintaining kitchen standards.
- Key duties include recipe development, ingredient management, and food safety practices.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Excellent English communication skill and can work in a fast-paced environment.
