Job Description
- Operate milling machines to perform precision machining tasks on various materials such as metal or plastic.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure accurate cutting, shaping, or drilling.
- Inspect finished parts for quality control, ensuring they meet required specifications and tolerances.
- Maintain and clean milling machines to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with milling machines.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidates must have a passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Proven experience operating milling machines or similar precision machinery.
- Knowledge of machining techniques, materials, and tooling used in milling operations.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and high-quality results.
- Ability to set up and calibrate milling machines according to specifications.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy materials when necessary.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and the ability to work in a safe environment.
