Job Description
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with attention to detail.
- Disassemble, repair, or replace defective units such as locks, gears, and cables.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions in brakes, motors, and automated systems.
- Service, repair, and maintenance of elevators, escalators, moving sidewalks, disability access equipment, and dumbwaiters.
- Adjust and maintain safety controls, counterweights, door mechanisms, and key components such as valves, ratchets, seals, and brake linings.
- Inspect installations and alignments of doors, platforms, and stairway lifts to ensure safe and proper operation.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Has Drivers license and passport
