Job Description
- Assisting the guests with reservations, checking in and out of the facility.
- Assist in preparation and serve meals and drinks to guests.
- Handling inquiries or internal communications & Handling hotel shop sales.
- Providing service to guests by accommodating requests.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Japan Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N4 / Japan Foundation Test (JFT) Passer
- Passed the skills test required for SSW (Japan Prometric)
- Has experience or training in the hospitality industry.
- Physically and mentally fit & Patient and friendly
- Ability to adjust to different working shifts.
- Hotel staff members are responsible for making guests comfortable, including taking reservations, cleaning guest rooms, serving meals, accommodating requests and maintaining the building.
