Job Description
- Regularly inspect workplaces to identify potential hazards, including physical, chemical, and ergonomic risks.
- Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the severity and likelihood of hazards
- Ensure that all employees are aware of and follow safety protocols
- Recommend and implement control measures to eliminate or mitigate hazards.
- Provide safety training to employees on various topics, including hazard recognition, safe work practices, and emergency procedures.
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety programs, policies, and procedures
- Investigate workplace incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical); Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing or Steel or pipe Industry
- Holder of a safety Certification in NEBOSH/ OSHA ; Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Principles
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills; Leadership and Training Skills
