Job Description
- To prepare, administer and analyze audit related activities.
- Reports with overall objective to minimize the risk from financial, process, theft/ fraud and other prospective and ensure strong control measures in overall business processes.
- Risk assessment and subsequent control measures on policies/procedures
- Preparing audit calendar and update a comprehensive risk-based audit plan / report.
- Identifiying and designing risk exposures, fraud / theft criteria's and effective control measures
- Monitoring and auditing the company compliance with established controls.
- Establish standard procedures plans for internal control measures.
- Coordinate with external audit organization to support internal audit, review and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within Africa or Middle East or any international experience in the cement industry is a must.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
