Job Description
- 1. Identify major source of particle rejects by analyzing particle/contamination related reject units based on visual inspection and failure analysis reports.
- 2. Work with related engineering or manufacturing team to reduce or eliminate particle source.
- Laisse with vendors on new machine/machine upgrade/jigs fabrications.
- Identify Dos and Don’ts for C10/C100 cleanroom protocol to reduce particle contamination in cleanroom. 5.
- Any other tasks or projects assigned by superiors.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Chemical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Responsible to coordinate with cross functional team to achieve business target for particle on die, die contamination and particle bin related reject.
- To analyze particle, die contamination and test particle bin related reject units with FA report (SEM, EDX, FTIR or etc)
- work with related engineering or manufacturing team for source investigation to eliminate or reduce the particle contamination in yield improvement activities.
