Job Description
- Supervise, operate the lamination workcentre
- Coordinate with head machinist or maintenance teams to maintain any malfunctions
- Adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure) to achieve desired laminated blocks
- Load materials (timber planks and adhesives) into the machine and monitor the laminating process
- Maintenance, setup and cleaning of the machines and Training and cross-training other team members
- Assist with site safety and security, by reporting any incidents and near misses timely
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Must be English Medium Level Language and experience as a laminator lead operator
Additional Information
- Read and follow standard operating procedures for the site
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow
