Job Description
- Head waiters must closely monitor all activities in the dining area. This includes food ordering, serving and related tasks.
- Head waiters should listen and provide solutions to customer concerns. This enhances a client's experience and opinion of a restaurant or hotel.
- Head server trains new employees to familiarize them with the work requirements of the establishment. They show new servers the accepted behavior, timing and work ethics to follow during their shifts.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
