Job Description
- Set up and operate VMC, CNC, and EDM machines. Interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure precision and quality of parts produced. Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Interpret technical drawings and translate them into CNC programs for the EDM machine using CAD/CAM software.
- Develop G-code programs for complex shapes and contours. Optimize machining parameters to achieve desired surface finish and accuracy.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or an associate degree in machining or a related field preferred.
- Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining principles
