Job Description
- To coordinate with internal stakeholdersa for monthly/annual budget and Strick adherence to it
- To analyze periodic busget variance report and subsequent recommendations on budget variance
- Ensure government compliance ex; payment and returns as per rules and regulations set by concerned government bodies.
- Coordination with Banks and Financial institutions
- Coordination with Banks for LC, limits and $ gauging
- To submit periodic reports, ex: Profit and Loss, balance sheet, MIS, Cash-flaws. Financial planning and Analysis, Financial Forecasting
- Ensure Financial and Accounting policies, SOP, manual and Annexure's to be drafted as per business need and implemented
- Team building and succession planning
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, MBA (Fianance) / ICWAI
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within Africa or Middle East or any international experience in the cement industry is a must.
- Knowledge of SAP B-1 module is a must
