Job Description
- Specializing in cost estimation, contract management, and financial control specifically related to the mechanical aspects of a building project, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget by accurately calculating material quantities, labor costs, and potential variations throughout the construction process.
- Analyze mechanical drawings and specifications to generate detailed cost breakdowns for mechanical components like pipes, ducts, equipment, and labor.
- Review and interpret mechanical contract documents to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Regularly visit construction sites to verify quantities of installed mechanical components against project drawings.
- Prepare detailed cost reports for mechanical works, including progress updates and variance analysis.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Postgraduate qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
