Job Description
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in buildings.
- Calculate heating and cooling loads for buildings, select appropriate HVAC equipment (chillers, boilers, air handlers), design system layouts, and create detailed engineering drawings.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate HVAC systems into building plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Proficiency in HVAC design software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Experience with energy modeling tools.
- Knowledge of building codes and industry standards and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
